| RESERVATIONS:
Have your travel agent call (602)938-0951 or outside
the Phoenix area 1-877-938-0951 (9am-5pm MST, Mon-Fri)
for availabilities/confirmation. A deposit of $100
per person is required upon booking. Final payment
is due no later the 30 days prior to departure.
CANCELLATIONS: 30 days
prior to departure - full refund. Between 29 days
and 72 hours - 50%. Less than 72 hours to departure
- 100% penalty unless space can be resold. There are
no refunds for any unused portions of the tour.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Your
travel agent will issue you a voucher serving as your
boarding pass, or you will be mailed one from our
office along with an emergency contact phone list.
Your Tour Director will issue you, on the day of departure,
your luggage tags, official tourist forms and daily
schedule of events. Travelers must carry proof of
US Citizenship in the form of a passport or certified
copy of birth certificate. (Drivers license or voter
registration are not a proof of citizenship.) Minors
require a notarized proof of parental consent for
entry into Mexico. Alien residents and foreign visitors
require a passport and possibly a Mexican Visa (consult
a Mexican Consulate office).
INSURANCE: Trip cancellation/postponements/disruption
protection/medical coverage programs are available
at an additional charge. We strongly recommend purchasing
coverage.
RESPONSIBILITY: A Closer
Look Tours, Inc. acts only as an agent on behalf of
the air carriers, railroads, motorcoaches, hotels,
restaurants and sightseeing providers subcontracted
and shall in no instance be liable for any injury,
loss or other shortcomings resulting from the performance
of those principals, their employees or agents. The
right is reserved to withdraw any program in this
folder and /or make an changes in the program as may
be found necessary for the convenience and safety
of the passengers. A Closer Look Tours reserves the
right to decline to accept or retain any passenger
as a member of the at any time or during the actual
operation of the tour. |
