President - Owner
 Agustin Caparros, President and founder of the corporation, has over 35 years experience in the hospitality and travel industry. Employing only the most experienced tour directors, along with their Mexican heritage,
Agustin and his team offer guests an unforgettable travel experience filled with culture, history, and fun.

Director of Operations
Colin Caparros, as Director of Operations, has played an integral role in the growth and success of A Closer Look Tours. He has nearly ten years experience in the hospitality and travel industry. The most fulfilling part of his job has been described as, “being able to provide passengers the opportunity to see a side of Mexico that is beyond their perceptions and expectations."
Office Administrator
 Paola Flory has been a key member of A Closer Look Tours since its incorporation. As Office Administrator she has helped manage the Company's financial growth as sales surpassed the $2 million mark. Paola has stated that, "Playing a role in her Father's dream of showing the rest of the world the beauty of Mexico, is what means the most to her."
